At The Home Security Superstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, original condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund's progress.
